Every item in our shop is handmade to order in small batches, so we want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your package reaches you.

Processing Times

Every order is carefully prepared before it leaves our studio.

Please allow 3–7 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships. During busy seasons, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you informed..

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Once your order leaves our hands, standard transit time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

• Flat-rate and calculated rates are shown at checkout before you pay
• We do not currently ship internationally, but reach out and we’ll see what we can do

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. Every order is packed with care to help ensure it arrives safely. We use packaging that is appropriate for each product, with additional protection whenever needed. As a small family business, every package is prepared with the same attention and care that goes into creating our products.
