Who are we?

We’re a family business built around creativity, meaningful participation, and inclusion.

We create thoughtfully made products while building opportunities for our autistic son to participate, learn, and contribute alongside us. Spectrum Connects is about celebrating abilities, encouraging participation, and showing that every contribution has value.

When you choose Spectrum Connects, you’re supporting a business that believes participation matters and promotes inclusion.

Our approach to participation

We encourage our son’s participation throughout the process by teaching him the skills he needs in ways that are appropriate for him to learn. We closely supervise every step to ensure the quality of every product and every order.

Can I request a custom or personalization?

Every item is handmade by our family in small batches — no mass production, no factories. Our wood pieces are hand-cut, sanded, and finished, and our pyrography designs are burned freehand or with hand-guided tools. Because everything is handmade, you may notice small variations in grain, burn shading, or stitching from piece to piece — that’s the nature of handmade work, and we think it’s part of the charm.

How long will my order take to ship?

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Since we start working on orders quickly, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel something. Message us on Instagram @spectrumconnects and we’ll do our best to accommodate you before we start processing your order.
